Privacy Policy
How we handle what you share with us, in plain language. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Who we are
RockHaven Capital Management LLC runs this website. We buy privately held businesses in the United States.
This policy covers rockhavencapital.com. It also covers the forms we send to business owners from this site.
What we collect
We collect only what a possible purchase needs.
- Answers you give us. The website questionnaire asks for your name and contact details. Our intake forms ask for the same, plus facts about your business.
- Documents you upload. Sellers send us tax returns, financial statements, and supporting records. Those documents can include personal identifiers, such as names and tax identification numbers.
- Booking details. When you book a call, the booking service passes us your name and email. It also passes your phone number and any notes you add.
- Basic site records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including pages visited and the device and browser used.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your business. We use it to prepare for calls with you, to structure a possible purchase, and to complete a purchase that goes forward.
We do not use it for anything else. We never sell personal information.
Who can see it
Inside RockHaven, only the principals of RockHaven Capital can see intake answers and uploaded documents.
Two service providers process information so the site works. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions. Cal.com runs call booking. Each provider handles information only to provide its service.
If a purchase moves forward, the professionals working on the closing see what they need. That can include a lender, attorneys, and accountants. They receive it under confidentiality.
Confidentiality
Our intake forms sit behind personal signed links. Those pages are not public, and they are not indexed by search engines.
The Business Valuation Intake opens with a confidentiality agreement. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the agreement controls for the material it covers.
How long we keep it
Upload storage holds a submission only until we have pulled it into our own files. We then delete it from the upload system and confirm the deletion.
We keep firm files while we evaluate a business or work on a purchase. After that, we keep only what legal and accounting duties require.
If we pass on your business, you can ask us to delete your packet. We will delete it, apart from any records the law requires us to keep.
Security
Form submissions are stored on our own private account. Links are signed, they expire, and there is no public dashboard or download page.
No system is perfect. We cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization, and we work to keep that risk low.
Health information
Do not send us patient information or anyone's health information. We never ask for it, and our forms are not built for it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it.
Write to [email protected]. We will answer promptly.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the first section they affect.
