Using this website means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only, not an offer
This site explains how we buy businesses. Nothing on it is an offer to buy your business, and nothing on it is an offer to sell a security.
A purchase happens only under a written agreement signed by both sides. Until then, neither side has a duty to proceed.
Estimates
The What's My Business Worth questionnaire gives an estimate built from your answers alone. It is not a formal valuation, and it is not a promise of a price.
Any real price depends on your documents and on diligence. An estimate can change once we can check the numbers.
What you send us
You confirm that information you send us is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
We treat what you send as confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it, and a signed confidentiality agreement controls where it applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for anything unlawful. Do not try to open a form link that was issued to someone else. Do not interfere with how the site or its forms work.
Site content
The text, design, and logo on this site belong to RockHaven Capital Management LLC or its licensors. You may read the site and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish site content as your own.
Other services
Call booking runs through Cal.com. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the booking itself.
No warranties
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not warrant that it will always be either.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RockHaven Capital Management LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
Tennessee law governs these terms. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
